For the students this course focused on providing them with the tools needed to progress their career to the next level through enhancing their professional development, academic potential and problem-solving skills by acquiring a critical understanding of the complex legal, economic, cultural and political issues informing English and international regulations. Students will study core module on commercial law and contemporary legal issues, and analyse current developments related to the advancement of society through a legal lens. They will examine the political and legal framework that large commercial interests and states use to negotiate their political and legal commitments and how these are enforced. A key part of the courses is legal research on a topic of your choosing at an advanced level. In addition to this, A Student will be able to further tailor the course to your interests by choosing from a selection of optional modules. They could delve into intellectual property law, EU competition law, or policies around international trade. Explore the challenges of regulating electronic commercial activities, or dispute resolution processes.
