Who is a tourist? Why do they visit particular destinations? How can we create sustainable practices and places? Do you question the way the world works and want to know how tourism can help people, what tourism can do for communities and what the challenges for the future of tourism are? If so, you are encouraged to apply to our Bachelor's Programme in International Tourism Management and become a part of an international community. The focus of this campus taught programme is to provide you with the knowledge to succeed. You will be offered a balanced combination of theoretical knowledge and applied practical examples. You will work with destinations to plan for the future; will visit heritage sites and think about how these sites present themselves to the public; and learn through real examples of research being undertaken in Sweden, Europe and the rest of the world. You are also expected to go on exchange – what better way to experience tourism than by travelling and learning as part of your studies?
